RES WINS OPERATIONS AND MANAGEMENT AWARD AT TOP INDUSTRY EVENT

RES has won the Operations and Management prize at the Solar and Storage Live Awards for its exemplary management of assets for clients including Octopus Renewables, Blackrock, TRIG and Low Carbon.

RES, celebrating its 40^th year in the renewables industry, provides Support Services (Asset Management and Operations & Maintenance) to over 1.7 GW of solar and storage assets across the globe. Using in-house skillsets and years of experience, RES was commended for developing new ways to improve the market average availability of assets under its management. Combining the skillset of its Analysis and Optimisation team, in-house custom-built technology, use of artificial intelligence, its 24/7/365 Control Centre, and experienced on-site O&M engineers, RES has developed a tool to proactively schedule maintenance at the most opportune times and limit the downtime of assets, thus keeping clean, green electricity flowing.

RES was also praised for achieving ISO 55001 certification for asset management, passing its most recent audit with zero non-conformance’s as well as working with clients to find ways to promote biodiversity and enhance habitats for a range of species.
