RES awarded prestigious certificate for asset management services

RES has secured worldwide recognition for its asset management services with the ISO 55001 certification.

RES, the world’s largest independent renewable energy company, has been awarded the certification by the International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO), a worldwide federation of national standards bodies.

RES already holds the ISO9001 certificate for Quality Management Systems as well as ISO14000 for Environmental Management and ISO45001 for Health and Safety Management.

ISO55001 is the standard associated with asset management, a discipline RES has become world-leading in over its more than 38-year history. The certification will help RES continue to provide added value to clients and strengthen its growing asset management portfolio through enhanced credibility in its services.

The company’s asset management project portfolio totals 1.3GW in the UK & Ireland. Globally, RES supports 6GW of operational assets.
