The Riverina Renewables Service Centre is set to redefine the future of regional communities by establishing a state-of-the-art Operations and Maintenance (O&M) hub to support clean energy projects and drive local economic growth.

Located in the heart of the Riverina region, this facility (contingent upon the progression of Argoon Wind Farm) will play a pivotal role in creating meaningful employment and training opportunities while supporting wind, solar PV, and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) across NSW, Victoria, and South Australia.

• Designed through consultation and collaboration with educational institutions, local councils, the Argoon Wind Farm Scholarship Program and the First Nations Scholarship Program.

• Setting a benchmark for gender balance by targeting a 50% gender split across all roles.
• Recognising and including First Nations Peoples through meaningful consultation with Traditional Owners and the Argoon Wind Farm First Nations Liaison Officer.

• Providing essential O&M services to renewable energy projects across NSW, Victoria, and South Australia, ensuring the sector’s long-term sustainability and reliability.
