RESpect is our commitment to embrace diversity and create an inclusive culture that is fair to all. As an integral part of this, we have recently launched five Affinity Networks. This is an evolution of our previous D&I work and broadens the areas of focus to include gender, race, disability, age, and sexual orientation and gender identity.
Each Affinity Network is an employee-led group of people from across all the countries RES operates, united in their passion for making our workplace more inclusive. The Affinity Networks have already started building a common understanding of the different challenges and barriers that under-represented groups may experience and will work to address these, powering change for RES employees and wider society.

To engage with the issues and help promote change, each Affinity Network is sponsored by a member of the Group Executive – RES’ highest decision-making body – with the overall RESpect activity sponsored by the company chairman.
