Terms of use for images on the RES newsroom platform.

As part of use of our newsroom platform, media publications (“You”) may access or otherwise use certain images, photographs or illustrations (“Images”).

The copyright in respect of the Images is owned by RES. We grant You a non-exclusive, revocable, and non-transferable licence to download, copy, display, view and use the Images in coverage of the relevant news story from our newsroom platform.

By downloading and using any of the Images, You are agreeing to:

• credit RES © and not remove, alter, or cover up any trade mark, service mark, copyright and other proprietary notices if contained in the Images;
