Reverse mentoring

Matching Black, Asian, Mixed Race and ethnically diverse junior and senior employees to learn from each other’s experiences.

Cultural holiday swap

Recognising cultural and religious holidays by enabling people to swap out a public holiday for another day that’s important to them.

Awareness campaigns

Running company-wide anti-racism awareness campaigns and encouraging all to get involved.

Educational material

We created an informative video to educate on bias and microaggressions that can occur in day-to-day behaviours.

The network plays a crucial and positive role in promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion within RES. We focus on fostering a more inclusive and supportive environment for all employees. My dedication (as the Chair) serves to champion these values, along with being instrumental in driving positive change and strengthening our company culture.
